Dyno pit progress Rebar in and base poured with recessed area for sump pump
 Concrete forms up
Walls poured (roughly 30,000 pounds of concrete)
Forms pulled and dyno room stripped for insulation and drywall. Getting new door put in next week as well. (west wall is not stripped yet)
Wrecker showed up at midnight to drop the dyno in after the anchors set up.
Dropping the dyno in...was pretty intense since the machine weighs 8,000 pounds. The wrecker driver was sweating it but he kept it cool and did a great job. The truck was struggling. Joel is yelling at me in this photo to put my camera down and guide this pig in the hole. The dyno in the pit resting on the anchors. The wheels are dirty/rusty from sitting a couple good hard pulls should shine them up.
Plates installed. Still have to do a little more leveling to get everything flush with the concrete.
Rented the barn behind the shop. It's actually set up really nice inside. Would be a great place for someone wanting to build a car. Has a little office and etc. We are using it for storage. Just like the rest of the shop it's solid but needs paint! We will tackle all the cosmetics in the spring.
Picked up my first 240. After owning 30+ Z32's I figured I'd better branch out just a little. We work on these things enough I figured we better have one for the shop. It's a 95 S14 with an S15 front end and an RB25 skyline engine.

New rims maybe? 19" Work Euroline SL.

 The RB engine...(sh*t everywhere)
Trying to stay warm out here in Springfield Missouri.
Put some Stillen Enkei's on our customer's car. He traded us a set of RPF1's for them which we have since sold
My Red Z staring down it's new sister
Went to our friend Matt's in town to do some picking. This is his VG30dett swapped S14 project. Needless to say, we approve.
Picked up a K's Silvia Wing for the s14
Made an offer on an S30. We have been accumulating parts for a built sr20 and need something to stick it in.
Picked up another S14 parts car
Convinced my neighbor (30) to buy a G35 instead of a maxima. It's on buddy club coilovers with stancework stickers on it. My money says that the people that owned it before the dealership, had this thing on the ground. This is his first sports car. I made the mistake of taking a ride with him hero-shifting and accelerating from my shop to my house and back (2 miles round trip) it was quite terrifying. We have some things to button up on it.
Did some late night tuning on the RB car
Then decided to pull the motor and clean everything up.
The RB25. HKS GT-RS turbo, Tomei Cams, it has an Apexi Power FC, Blitz Exhaust and some other odds and ends
Took the S14 over to our body guy for a new paintjob and to clean up the body kit/misc dents and etc. The car is going black with gold pearl. Here is the s14 and 350 at the body shop.
Our guy got started on the S14
 Did some maintenance on a customer's SR20 S14
Big thanks to this guy right here. This is our electrician. He has hooked us up beyond belief and led the show on the dyno pit construction. We have a great time and a lot of laughs throughout the day when this guy is around.
That's all for now folks. Thanks for looking. Shop update part 4 coming soon. If you want to follow us more, we are on facebook at [ www.Facebook.com/thezhookup. ] We usually post pics on the daily over there. Happy Boosting -Jdave
